Good health = stress control

While exploring the iVillage site, which is one of my favorite downtime rituals, I came across a message board that I really wanted to share with you. Since good health practices give you the tools and knowledge to make some lifestyle changes -- thus reducing stress! -- be sure to visit this terrific board run by the author of the book "Fattitudes." Wellness advice should always come from an expert, so find out how to eat better, detoxify your snacks and drinks and fuel your engines for a better mindset as well as a better body.

You can't think your way into stress-free living. Action steps are needed too!
